Loan finally paid off
The Credit Woodlands finally paid off the ten-year loan that Manzoor
Khan arranged on June 2016. A few of the owners had a modest
celebration.
The board also cut the fees in the new budget to adjust for no longer making the loan payments.
Condominium fraud hurts the owners years after the the crime has been
committed and some condo's can never make back the money that was
stolen.
